As Pete's production assistant, Brooke is the person who turns an approval into a closing. She gathers and checks the documents underwriting needs, tracks every condition until it is cleared, orders and follows the appraisal, and coordinates with escrow, the insurance agent and the real estate agents so the closing date holds. If you're a Team Metz client, the reminder about a missing bank statement or the note that your appraisal came back is usually from Brooke.

Her passion for mortgage origination comes from personal experience. She truly believes that what separates this team from others is its heart: when we do what is right, the right things happen, in all aspects of life.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys traveling with her children, catching some wind on her Harley Sportster 883, and cooking for friends and family. In the summer, you'll find them on the lake all day.
