Amy Cockburn was born in Indiana but is a California girl at heart. She is a Licensed Loan Officer but spends most of her time partnering with Pete Metz and his team to help provide the best customer service possible. She enjoys sharing her knowledge about the mortgage world and helping educate both those in the profession and those looking to purchase or refinance.

On Team Metz, Amy is the loan officer clients hear from when Pete is with another family: she takes applications, reviews income and asset documents, explains what underwriting is asking for and why, and keeps the file moving between the buyer, the real estate agent, escrow and the lender. Her focus on service shows in how she explains things: plainly, without jargon, and as many times as it takes.
In her spare time she likes to venture outdoors with her husband, Nathan Cockburn, and their dog, Maximus. If they're not outdoors or in the gym, they're spending time with family and friends.
