Kaitlin has always enjoyed working with numbers and helping people, and the mortgage industry lets her do both while being part of the homeownership journey. Each day she creates a welcoming environment for clients, answers questions, schedules appointments with the loan officers, helps with document drop-offs, and supports the team so every experience feels smooth and personal.
Her long-term goal is to become a loan originator, and she is continuing to learn and grow in the industry so she can guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys exploring new places with friends and family, spending time at the lake, and soaking up the sunshine whenever she can.
